A talk with the co-founder of This Is My Brave about self-expression with mental illness.

If you have experienced a brain health condition, you probably know that it takes some bravery to talk about it. Jennifer Marshall knows what stigma feels like. And she has committed her life to overcoming it, for herself and for others. Recently featured in Oprah Magazine and The Washington Post, her advocacy includes a growing nationwide theater production called This Is My Brave in which folks share their experiences with mental illness in inspiring, artistic ways. From July 20 to July 22, 2016, Jennifer joined us in a Brain Waves video interview to chat about what she has learned from leading self-expression with mental illness.

Hope to see you here! –Brandon
