In January 2019, One Mind President Brandon Staglin held an engaging talk with Zach Westerbeck, a brain health advocate and One Mind fundraiser. Brandon and Zach discussed Zach’s past brain health struggles and his experiences overcoming OCD, depression and anxiety. Zach also spoke about the work he does now to help others with similar brain health challenges while reducing the stigma surrounding them.

  3. Hey Zach, great interview! I wondered if I wasn’t OCD at an early age – because, for example in practicing my drum’s I would for hrs every day read the music – say it out loud while playing. This was how I was taught. However during the rest of the day I couldn’t get that counting outta my Head.
