Held at one of the most beautiful wineries in the Napa Valley and attended by a community of people that truly care about brain health, this year’s September 15th Music Festival for Brain Health will inform about the most recent hope-kindling brain science, delight with spectacular wines and cuisine, and inspire with camaraderie and world-class music!

As an important annual fundraiser for One Mind, this year’s event will include the Scientific Symposium, the Wine Tasting Reception, the Concert Performance and the VIP Dinner.

The informative and engaging Scientific Symposium is a free event that will take place from Noon to 2:00pm. Tom Insel, a former Director of the National Institute of Mental Health and current Mindstrong Health co-founder and President will be the keynote speaker, with other presentations given by Dr. Beth Stevens of Harvard, as well as the winners of the 2018 One Mind Rising Star Awards.

Starting at 2:00pm, the Wine Tasting Reception provide guests with the opportunity to sample wines from 75+ premium wineries and hors d’oeuvres made by the highly-acclaimed Chef Victor Scargle. Taking place inside the wine caves of the Staglin Family Vineyard, the Wine Tasting Reception will provide a uniquely memorable wine tasting experience for all those who attend.

Jennifer Hudson, the soulful and energetic R&B artist, will perform on the intimate music stage. As a Grammy Award winning recording artist, Academy Award and Golden Globe winning actress, award-winning author, and frequent coach on TV’s The Voice, Jennifer represents the premiership of multi-facetted artistic entertainment.

The VIP Dinner will treat major donors to an exclusive 4-course dinner prepared by three Michelin Star Chef Christopher Kostow paired with wines of Staglin Family Vineyard. Taking place outdoors and under the stars, the dinner will provide engaging conversation, beautiful scenery, post-meal dancing and the opportunity to further support important brain research.
