One Mind at Work is Hiring for Three New Roles

The One Mind at Work team is expanding and we are looking to hire for the following three positions. Influenced by the existing and planned growth for the One Mind at Work initiative, as well as the need for substantially improved workplace mental health support as exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, this team will build the next generation of One Mind at Work and will have the opportunity to connect across a global landscape of employers passionate about thriving teams.



The Director of Member Growth is a key leadership role that will drive the next chapter in One Mind at Work’s growth. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this role is responsible for accelerating the growth of our memberships, managing the entire sales cycle, and member integration into the One Mind ecosystem. The Director of Member Growth will own the development and execution of the growth strategy, including initiatives to clarify our strategic vision and positioning, enhance the member value proposition, and develop new partnership opportunities to enhance our impact. The Director of Operations and Member Engagement will have a direct and meaningful impact on the growth and sustainability of One Mind at Work (OMAW). Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this role will lead cross-functional efforts and continuously collaborate with our Director of Member Growth. This role will be dedicated to creating a member engagement strategy inclusive of awareness and commitment, by taking an end-to-end view of the member journey, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, and leading transformation initiatives to deliver results. The Content Manager is a key role on the One Mind at Work team, as our content is a defining component of the legitimacy of our work. Reporting to the Director of Operations & Member Engagement, the Content Manager works to grow One Mind at Work’s visibility, influence, and impact through the creation, assimilation, and delivery of high-quality and engaging content across multiple vehicles. This is a highly collaborative role, consistently working with One Mind at Work leadership and member companies to understand and address their needs, as well as with outside content partners to build relevant content.
