Haruka Kokaze, Chief of Staff & Senior Lead, Japan Mental Health Initiatives at One Mind, served as a screenwriter and featured voice for this film, presented at the Japanese Medical Society of America’s 53rd Annual Gala. The film traced the society’s legacy of community health and its 2025 focus on mental health, and featured Kathy Pike, CEO of One Mind, and Haruka Kokaze among the voices reflecting on the JMSA and Nippon Club Healthcare Lecture Series webinar on workplace mental health, which brought together corporate, clinical, and academic partners to explore the pressures facing Japanese professionals and what effective mental health support can look like in corporate settings.
