One Mind Staff

Christina McCarthy is Chief Program Officer for One Mind. Since joining the organization in 2021, she has led the growth of One Mind at Work’s corporate membership model, expanded its foundation and research grant portfolio, and introduced new operating and support systems to facilitate more effective collaboration and information tracking across programs and teams. She has dedicated her professional career to mission-driven public health organizations and has had the honor of facilitating incredible work: from the delivery of HIV and AIDS care and treatment in Ethiopia and Kenya to vaccine effectiveness and promotion programs to mental health stigma reduction efforts in Brazil and Colombia. In her current role, Christina oversees the One Mind at Work and One Mind Academy programs, and partners closely with other members of One Mind’s executive leadership team.

Christina holds a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA from Johns Hopkins University. She is an avid reader, a mediocre tennis player, and lives in Bay Head, New Jersey with family.
