Additionally, he is the CEO of Precys, a medtech consulting firm focused on driving medical innovation to enhance effectiveness and affordability in healthcare. With a solutions-based approach, Arnold has consistently brought groundbreaking medical technologies to market.

Before leading Sensydia, Arnold spent eight years as CEO of SetPoint Medical, a trailblazer in bioelectronic medicine for inflammatory diseases. Under his leadership, the company developed a revolutionary micro-implantable platform, introduced a novel therapeutic pathway, and achieved successful human trials in the U.S. and Europe. With more than 25 years of experience in high-technology medical devices, Arnold has also held leadership roles at Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and Smith+Nephew, playing a key role in launching and scaling transformative medical innovations, including Medtronic’s StealthStation navigation system.
