As executive director for business, product, and market development for Mass General Brigham (MGB) Behavioral and Mental Health, Catharyn Gildesgame, MBA, develops services and products that leverage the clinical, research and educational expertise and assets of the departments of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, McLean Hospital, and several community hospitals.

Prior to this MGB role, Ms. Gildesgame was senior vice president, strategy at McLean Hospital, providing leadership for developing, communicating, and implementing strategies to achieve the hospital’s strategic vision and goals and effectively respond to opportunities and challenges. Before coming to McLean in 2009, she served in leadership roles at Partners HealthCare (now MGB), Massachusetts General Hospital, and Boston Children’s Hospital. Ms. Gildesgame has led numerous teams at McLean, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Mass General Brigham that have received Partners/Pillars in Excellence Awards.
