across behavioral healthcare. I have spent the majority of the past 20 years founding, operating, building, actively advising and mentoring great companies and teams in behavioral and mental health. I have a deep understanding of the alliance between clinical care delivery and operations. I implement and execute plans to drive business performance from strategy and I leverage my deep network to drive company success.
My experience includes:
- Residential SUD/MH – founding team member of one of the earliest operations ;grew from 2 to 26 states;
- Interventional Pain Management – Visioned, developed and expanded one of the earliest businesses in the field for effective clinical solutions
- Urgent Care – partnered with clinicians to create one of the earliest operations with regional strength providing access and affordable care
- Psychiatry clinics and telepsych – COO of progressive care delivery model focused on SMI patients
- Psychology clinics and telepsych – COO operating fractionally focused on the needs of injured workers
- Mental Health Technology – Senior advisor to business focused on remote monitoring and predictive analysis
- Behavioral Health Data Analytics – executive in residence/mentor for business focused on measuring outcomes in behavioral health
- Psychiatry clinics and telehealth – Mentor to C suite team providing leading forms of therapeutic care delivery
