Rebecca Messing Haigler, MPH, MBA

Rebecca ‘Becky’ Messing Haigler, MPH, MBA, is an experienced healthcare executive, entrepreneur, strategist and board director. As CEO of Noe Strategic Advisors, Rebecca guides health tech portfolio companies, early stage startups and VC firms to develop health economics fundamentals and commercialization models to succeed in the global payor landscape.

Current clients include Redesign Health, Crowell Health Solutions and The Kennedy Forum.

Rebecca was previously Health Economics Lead at Verily Life Sciences, an Alphabet company. She was on the founding team of several Verily portfolio companies including Granular Insurance, OneFifteen – a tech enabled substance use disorder treatment ecosystem, Primasun – a JV with ResMed to address obstructive sleep apnea, and also served as Chief Development Officer of Onduo.

Rebecca has held strategic leadership positions at the Chartis Group, Blue Shield of CA, Sg2 Healthcare Intelligence and developed global expertise via Abbott Labs management rotational program. She completed her graduate studies at UC Berkeley and earned her bachelor’s degree in engineering at the University of Michigan. She enjoys spending time in the Bay Area with her family.
