Accelerator Advisor

Tom is the president and chief executive officer of Rock Health Advisory, a digital health strategy group catalyzing innovation within Fortune 100 healthcare, technology, and retail companies. Tom also serves as a board member and advisor to several venture-backed startups in the digital mental health sector. 

Prior to joining Rock Health, Tom led strategy and business development for an incubated HIT startup within the Health Group at Leidos Holdings Inc. His past work includes 15+ years with the Advisory Board where he led the Health Care Advisory Board research membership before launching and leading the firm’s Strategy Consulting practice through its integration into Optum. Tom lives in Arlington, VA with his wife Alison, their two sons Colin and Nick, and Jill the dog (no surname barked).
