Dr. Jennifer Coughlin is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins University, with a joint appointment in Radiology. She directs both the Young Adult Affective Disorders Inpatient Service and Consultation Clinic, specializing in care for young adults with mood disorders. Her research centers on molecular neuroimaging, particularly PET imaging, to study neuroinflammation and receptor systems in conditions such as psychosis, dementia, and traumatic brain injury. Dr. Coughlin’s work aims to advance precision therapies by linking brain imaging markers to neuropsychiatric disorders.
