Co-hosted by One Mind & Morgan Lewis, and held at Morgan Lewis’ New York City offices, this year’s legal summit brought together well-being leaders, attorneys, and in-house counsel from across the legal industry. The day examined how organizations can move upstream to redesign the conditions of work so that stress and burnout are prevented rather than managed, with sessions on leadership, leave culture, and the thoughtful adoption of AI. This year’s programming included perspectives from leaders in the U.S.-Japan legal and business community. The Summit also welcomed attendees from Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas) and Sojitz Corporation of America.
