Girand Center for Biomedical Ethics, this workshop will bring together Japanese high school students to explore mental health and well-being as they look toward their working lives. Building on the Heartfulness themes of purpose, reflection, acceptance, and transformation, the session will encourage students to think about the move from school into early career and what it means to care for themselves along the way.
