This seminar advanced mental health support for Japanese expatriates, including those on assignment without their families, as well as their family members and locally hired team members. The session explored the unique challenges of working across countries and workplaces, including work-related stress, language barriers, the adjustments that come with international assignments, and the particular isolation of living apart from family, and shared practical approaches to stress management and the role of organizational support.
