One Mind Accelerator Announces Fourth Cohort of Startups, Advancing Mental Health Innovation

Fourteen early-stage companies committed to improving patient outcomes will receive mentorship, introductions, and fundraising support to advance their solutions.

MENLO PARK, Calif. (BUSINESS WIRE) – One Mind™, a leading mental health nonprofit based in Napa Valley, CA, today announced the selected startups of the 2026 One Mind Accelerator, a 10-week immersive program designed to offer critical domain expertise and hands-on support for business development, company building, fundraising, and founder development. 

This is the fourth cohort of the One Mind Accelerator since its launch in 2023. The 14 companies in the 2026 cohort were selected from a record-breaking number of applicants, reflecting a less than 5% acceptance rate and bringing the total number of companies in the One Mind Accelerator portfolio to 51. The first 37 companies have raised nearly $1 billion since their Demo Day, and have impacted 1 million people with lived experience so far.

The 2026 cohort companies span pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages, and were chosen for their potential to transform the diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention of mental illness. Together, they are addressing the mental health crisis across the full spectrum of severity and lifespan – from subclinical mental health challenges to serious mental illness, and from pediatric to geriatric care. These startups are leveraging the recent technological inflections in clinical AI, spatial computing, biomarkers, and non-invasive brain imaging and stimulation, alongside growing policy and societal emphasis on chronic disease and lifestyle-based interventions.

The 14 companies chosen for the 2026 One Mind Accelerator cohort are: 

• Biomia: Biomia is a biotech company developing a pipeline of novel, nature-inspired, human-validated small-molecule therapeutics to treat CNS disorders, including schizophrenia.
• Birches Health: Birches Health is a digital behavioral health company that provides insurance-covered, specialized care for gambling, sex and pornography, video gaming, and internet and social media addiction.
• Eratos Therapeutics: Eratos enables high-specificity therapeutic target identification through predictive, AI-driven nanoscale world maps of the brain, accelerating precision-engineered CNS drug discovery.
• Flow Neuroscience: Flow Neuroscience is pioneering a new category of at-home electric medicine, delivering drug-free, brain-based mental health treatments—the world’s first clinically validated, FDA-approved at-home transcranial direct current stimulation headset.
• Forecast Bio: Forecast Bio is building an AI-powered preclinical platform that directly links complex cellular neurobiology to patients’ mental health outcomes. By mapping how new drugs impact human brain circuits and symptoms, Forecast is speeding up therapeutic development by 10x.
• Limbic: Limbic is a clinically-validated AI agent for mental healthcare, used by health systems and payers across the UK and US. The AI has supported more than 600,000 patients in treatment, and is the only AI mental health chatbot approved as a Class II medical device.
• Manatee: Manatee is a family mental health provider addressing the pediatric mental health crisis by treating the entire family system, including parents. Manatee’s evidence-based, whole-family model is proven to be 4x more engaging and 3x more effective than traditional, child-only therapy.
• Monument Therapeutics: Monument Therapeutics is a neuroscience-focused drug development company using digital biomarkers to develop more targeted treatments for neurological and psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia.
• Neurofundus: Neurofundus is building foundation models for precision psychiatry by comprehensively mapping phenotypic and biological disease subtypes to enable personalized treatment trajectories and precision drug discovery.
• Nosis Health: Nosis Health is a digital health company building a new model for substance use care that integrates addiction medicine, advanced diagnostics, therapy, coaching, and lifestyle interventions, to build health and vitality, not just stopping use.
• Orbit Neuro: Orbit is building foundation models of cognitive states and conditions, enabling precision mental healthcare. Orbit is collecting unprecedentedly rich neural datasets, enabled by their novel brain wearable which can achieve fMRI-comparable resolution at scale.
• Radicle Science: Radicle Science fuses AI, consumer science, and massive real-world clinical trials to scalably develop and validate effective, precise, nonprescription mental health treatments that are accessible to all.
• SocialRX: SocialRx is a healthcare-grade social prescribing platform that helps health plans, employers, and universities tackle the growing crisis of loneliness and mental health in the United States through arts, culture, and nature.
• Vitalic Health: Vitalic Health is a geriatric-specialized and team-based behavioral health practice that uniquely provides the proactive outreach and engagement required to enroll and treat often reluctant 65+ members into behavioral healthcare.

The 2026 session begins with a week of in-person programming from February 9th-13th in Menlo Park, CA, followed by eight weeks of virtual programming, and culminating in an in-person Demo Day on April 15th, also in Menlo Park. One Mind’s extensive network of entrepreneurs, investors, mental health advocates, operators, payers, providers, and scientists serve as mentors and subject matter experts for the cohort.

Highlights from the 2026 opening week of programming include a Keynote by Russell Glass, the former CEO of Headspace; a State and Local Government Panel with senior representatives from the California Commission for Behavioral Health, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, Texas Health and Human Services, and Department of Health and Mental Hygiene – New York City; a Federal Government Panel with senior representatives from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health, National Institute of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and the Council of Economic Advisers to The White House; an Investor Panel with representatives from ARCH Venture Partners, GreyMatter Capital, Khosla Ventures, Satori Neuro, and Skyline Capital; a Payer Panel with Cigna Healthcare, CVS Health, HCSC, Navigator Healthcare, Optum, and the Yale University School of Medicine; and a Provider Panel with Intermountain Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Mass General Brigham McLean, Sutter Health and UC Davis.

Launched in 2023 by One Mind, the program selects a cohort of 10-16 startups each year and backs them with network, education, and capital through an intensive 10-week hybrid program. OMA is funded via philanthropic contributions to One Mind, which receives advisory shares from participating companies, with all proceeds reinvested back into the nonprofit.
