Manager, Strategic Operations & Partnerships

Barrett Lehnen joined One Mind in 2022 as part of the Member Engagement team for the One Mind at Work program, helping advance workplace mental health among leading global employers. Now, as Manager of Strategic Operations & Partnerships, he plays a central role in strengthening the systems and relationships that allow One Mind’s programs to operate effectively and grow. Collaborating with leadership, program teams, and external partners, he oversees operational strategy, identifies opportunities for process improvement and integration, and cultivates partnerships that advance One Mind’s programmatic priorities. His work expands One Mind’s capacity to create meaningful change in global mental health.

Before joining One Mind, Barrett served as a research assistant for the Adolescent Development Lab at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he conducted research to explore the relationship between subjective social status and physiological stress responses. This research contributed to furthering our understanding of the potential impacts of socioeconomic status on mental and physical health outcomes.

Barrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, where he graduated summa cum laude, and an Associate of Arts in Social Science and Behavioral Sciences from the College of Marin.
