
Caroline Codd
Caroline joined One Mind in 2025 as the team’s first Development Coordinator. She brings a diverse skill set and years of non-profit experience to bolster the Development Team and its impact. Previously to working at One Mind, Caroline led the development efforts for a homeless shelter and service agency, where she secured multiple high-level grants for capital campaigns and was integral to restructuring the development process to improve its efficacy. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations from Boston University.
One Mind’s mission of advancing mental health is deeply meaningful to her, as she has tackled her own lived experience and those of her loved ones with a steady eye toward solutions. She is honored to be a part of One Mind’s innovative, hopeful trajectory toward providing comprehensive, compassionate care to all.
Caroline lives in Los Angeles, where she spends her free time in nature, on her yoga mat, snuggling her dog or devouring books on her Kindle.
