Cassie Dawalt

Cassie Dawalt (she/her) is a digital health executive and board member building more equitable and human behavioral health systems where lived experience shapes strategy. As Founder of Positively Cass, she designs and scales strategic partnerships and care delivery models that integrate lived experience into growth strategies.

Her work combines over 12 years of lived experience navigating mental health care with deep expertise in behavioral health networks, strategic partnerships, and Medicaid/commercial payer systems, enabling her to translate lived experience into actionable strategies that don’t compromise on equity.

She has built and scaled behavioral health networks serving more than 300 million covered lives across Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare populations, focusing on designing inclusive care models that work for marginalized communities.

Cassie has contributed to HLTH, Behavioral Health Tech, and other leading healthcare innovation forums. She serves on the boards of OutCare Health and Synergy Services, is an active member of the HLTH Foundation’s Techquity for Health Coalition, and a proud member of the One Mind Lived Experience Network.

She works closely with health systems, payers, and digital health companies to integrate lived experience into partnership strategy, validate equity-centered care models, and build solutions that are clinically effective, financially sustainable, and human-centered. She is open to advisory roles and collaborations where she can contribute to partnership strategy, health equity integration, and translating lived experience into scalable, real-world impact.
