Delaney Llanusa

Delaney serves as One Mind’s Senior Administrative Coordinator, supporting both One Mind at Work and One Mind Rising Star Academy. In this role, she acts as a centralized administrative resource across initiatives, contributing to member engagement and development, coalition coordination, and program operations. She also supports the administrative execution of the Mental Health at Work Index and serves as Executive Assistant to David Ballard, our Vice President of One Mind at Work, helping to advance key strategic priorities. For One Mind Rising Star Academy, Delaney provides administrative and logistical support to leadership and contributes to the seamless execution of scientific programming, convenings, and governance activities.

Delaney is an operations and program management professional with experience across both nonprofit organizations and state government. Her work spans administration, operations, and HR-related processes, with a focus on improving workflows, strengthening team effectiveness, and ensuring programs operate efficiently and impactfully. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.

Outside of work, Delaney enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family.
