erica l. hamilton (she/her, lowercase) is a global health research professional (Clinical Research Manager), specializing in HIV prevention clinical trial operations. With approximately 17 years of experience in various research settings and over 14 years of clinical research experience specific to HIV prevention, she has established a history of managing global clinical trials to improve health outcomes through strategic, evidence-based research. erica is proficient at effective communication and engagement with a diverse array of sponsors, donors, stakeholders, and community members at all levels and from various backgrounds and geographical locations and has led, second-authored, or co-authored over 30 publications and presented over 20 projects spanning the globe. Her professional interests lie in the intersection of HIV and mental health in children, youth, and young adults. A leader and life-long advocate dedicated to improving mental health globally, erica studied Psychology and Biology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and then earned her MPH in Maternal and Child Health at UNC-Chapel Hill, completing the Global Health Certificate while enrolled there.
