Geetika Bhojak

Global Health and well-being Lead (APAC focused); Mental Health Lead, Accenture

With over 24 years of expertise in health and wellbeing and organisation culture, Geetika Bhojak leads Accenture’s Health and Wellbeing practice in APAC and the Global Mental Health programs. She is responsible for spearheading global initiatives that promote mental wellbeing for Accenture’s workforce of over 700,000 associates worldwide. Geetika is a certified Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) coach from the University of Oxford and a counselling psychologist.

Geetika collaborates with a global and cross-functional team of leaders across Accenture and, among other initiatives, is advancing the development of evidence-based, ethical AI solutions for workplace wellbeing. She has been a leader at Accenture for over a decade and is responsible for the remarkable growth of the firm’s global Mental Health Ally network and, more generally, to efforts that drive comprehensive wellbeing.

Geetika has been a leader at Accenture for over a decade, has served as the firm’s representative to One Mind at Work since 2023, and is joining the Global Guiding Council in 2025.
