Gordon Watson

Gordon Watson is currently the senior advisor to the AXA Group, who also chairs and sits on a number of AXA Boards in Asia. Immediately prior to that was the AXA Group CEO for Asia, Middle East and Africa. He was also the Regional Chief Executive for the AIA Group.

He is also the founding member of One Mind at Work’s Guiding Council of key executives from some of the world’s most influential companies who are committed to improving the mental health and wellness of their employees. Watson was instrumental in supporting the creation of the Mental Health at Work Index, a standardized assessment of organizational-level initiatives to address workforce mental health.

He is a founding investor and advisor to LIFTwomen, a platform dedicated to empower female entrepreneurs around the world. He also channels his passion for art and photography into LiftART, an initiative that supports young artists in emerging countries. Most recently, Watson co-founded the World Flourishing Organization with a vision to have employees be all they can be in the workplace.

He currently resides in Hong Kong.
