Jill Greene
After retiring from a 25‑year career as an attorney, Jill joined One Mind as an Executive in Residence. In this role, she draws on her corporate experience, legal expertise, and long‑standing commitment to mental health to help advance workplace well‑being. Partnering closely with organizational leadership, she supports efforts to expand One Mind’s network of engaged employers, strengthen cross‑sector collaboration, and elevate conversations that lead to meaningful improvements in employee mental health. Through relationship‑building, strategic guidance, and thought partnership, Jill contributes to the movement to translate research and ideas into practical approaches that foster psychologically healthy workplaces.
Before joining One Mind, Jill practiced employment law in both law firms and publicly traded companies, advising leaders on complex workplace issues and organizational culture. Her passion for mental health deepened during her time at Acuity Inc., where she co‑founded the company’s first mental health employee resource group. She later helped launch the Corporate Mental Health Alliance, a coalition of Georgia‑based employers dedicated to reducing stigma and driving collective action to support employee mental health.
Jill is known for her ability to navigate nuanced workplace dynamics, build trusted relationships, and bring people together to solve complex problems around shared goals. She is motivated by the belief that organizations play a powerful role in shaping environments where individuals all over the world can thrive.
Outside of her work, she enjoys time with her husband and two adult children, traveling with family and friends, and staying fit and active.
