Kathy Risko

Kathy Risko serves as the Program Lead for One Mind, building the SWPA Coalition and providing opportunities for organizations in southwestern Pennsylvania to address workplace mental health and create a community of practice. Kathy has served the nonprofit sector for over 25 years, holding a range of leadership positions. She has worked in federal and local government and served as the Executive Director of the Sister Cities Association of Pittsburgh, the Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT), and the Chief of External Affairs at Adagio Health. She has extensive experience in advocacy, program development and management, and fundraising. She holds a Master of Public Policy and Nonprofit Management from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh.
