Ozair Bajwa

Ozair Bajwa is a digital health strategist and founder of Healthesphere, focused on advancing precision mental health through interoperable, data-driven systems. He builds FHIR-native, AI-enabled platforms that integrate clinical, behavioral, and real-world data to support measurement-based care, real-time interventions, and scalable care delivery.

His work combines nearly two decades of lived experience with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) with deep technical expertise, enabling him to translate patient experience into actionable product, clinical, and research insights. He is leading the development of an AI-enabled platform that leverages longitudinal data, digital biomarkers, and voice-based signals to better understand OCD and its intersection with chronic conditions such as diabetes.

Ozair has worked across value-based care, remote patient monitoring, and clinical decision support, with a focus on turning complex data into usable tools for clinicians and patients. His work includes patented innovations in digital mental health aimed at bridging gaps between research, clinical care, and real-world implementation.

As a member of One Mind’s OMCAN community, he brings a lived-experience-informed perspective to behavioral health measurement, digital innovation, and patient-centered design. He is also engaged with organizations including NCQA, APA-affiliated initiatives, ATA, and the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe), contributing to efforts around patient voice, measurement, and real-world mental health innovation.

Ozair works closely with startups and healthcare teams to integrate lived experience into product development, validate real-world use cases, and build solutions that are clinically meaningful and scalable. He is open to advisory roles and collaborations where he can contribute to product strategy, clinical alignment, and translating innovation into real-world impact.
