Rachel is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing people engagement, fostering a positive organizational culture, and advancing inclusion efforts.

She serves as Chair of dbEnable US, an Employee Resource Group committed to advocating for employees impacted by disabilities, mental health challenges, and neurodiversity and is a certified Mental Health First Aid at Work volunteer.  Further she leads the Wellbeing Pillar lead for the Investment Bank Americas encouraging a healthy and balanced work environment for employees.

A champion for mental health, Rachel actively shares her personal journey with anxiety and depression to promote awareness.  She serves on the Council of Advisors for the American Psychiatric Association Foundation’s Center for Workplace Mental Health. She has been recognized and celebrated for her commitment and contributions having been featured in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Global Enable Role Model List by Involve- The Inclusion People and being awarded the 2024 Future Human Leader of the Year at the TLC Lions Human Awards Americas. She also serves as an Ally for the REAL Mental Health.

Rachel began her career in municipal bonds at Lebenthal and Company and has 25+ years’ industry experience following a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from New York University.
