Samantha Trotman Burman

Chair

Samantha is Founder & CEO of StoryCatch Partners, a Public Benefit Corporation committed to innovating family-centered care. It helps organizations connect families, peers, clinicians & researchers, by turning lived family experiences into clinical-grade, data-driven impact. She is committed to rebuilding trust through early, respectful lived experience partnership that informs research, innovation, and services.

After stepping away from a career in private equity at Bain Capital and as partner at Parthenon Capital to raise four children and years of struggling to meet her and her family’s mental and physical health needs, Samantha formed StoryCatch Partners to address challenges around total health. Earlier, she founded Isleworth, a structured, non-clinical lived experience peer advisory model supporting family stakeholders making high-stakes, real-world decisions. They offer support through peer connection, create communities through engagement and offer pathways to systemic change through real world insights.

Samantha serves as Co-Chair of the Behavior Services Advisory Board for Beth Israel Lahey Health and Co-Chair of the Investment Committee with Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

Born in the UK, Samantha resides in Massachusetts with her four children.
