Sarah Tol
After nearly four and a half years in leadership at One Mind, Sarah has transitioned into the role of Executive in Residence. In this capacity, she continues to advance workplace mental health by leveraging her leadership experience, professional network, and deep commitment to systemic change. Serving as a strategic ambassador for One Mind at Work, Sarah partners closely with organizational leadership to expand the community of forward-thinking employers, facilitate meaningful connections, and engage senior leaders in conversations that drive measurable impact in workforce mental health. Through strategic introductions, curated gatherings, and thought leadership, she supports the movement to translate science into best practices that create protective work environments and reduce psychosocial risk.
Prior to joining One Mind, Sarah spent over 15 years in healthcare leadership, specializing in strategy, growth, and partnership development. She has a deep understanding of how workplace environments shape mental health, an insight that became even more pronounced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning her journey at One Mind as a volunteer, she quickly found alignment between her passion for impact and the organization’s mission, leading her to transition from what she initially thought was simply just some time away from traditional healthcare into a new chapter of purpose-driven leadership.
Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and is known for her ability to simplify complexity, develop actionable strategies, and cultivate meaningful relationships. She is a servant leader at heart, dedicated to helping others succeed.
Outside of work, she enjoys live music, long walks with her husband and dog, and any activity that brings her close to water, whether it’s paddleboarding, relaxing lakeside with a coffee, or spending time at the beach.
