As One Mind’s Co-founder and Chief Advocacy & Engagement Officer, Brandon Staglin channels his deep experience in leadership, advocacy, and personal schizophrenia recovery to drive mental health innovation and community engagement to heal lives. WIth years of successful advocacy for science-driven advances in early intervention for youth facing severe mental illness, he has emerged as a champion for the elevation of lived experience-based guidance to shape the future of the mental health system. He has published numerous articles in well-known journals and earned numerous advocacy awards. Brandon has served on guiding councils of global, national and regional influence including for the World Economic Forum, the National Institute of Mental Health, the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, the State of California, and Stop Stigma Together. He has earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Interprofessional Leadership from UCSF, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Engineering Sciences and Anthropology from Dartmouth College.

In his personal time, Brandon enjoys practicing guitar and spending quality time with his wife and their animals.
