One Mind Staff

Marcus joined One Mind in 2022 as the Director of Finance & Administration. He graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Economics and earned his MBA from Western Governors University. Prior to working with One Mind, Marcus worked as the head of operations for Rock Harbor Boats and Carefree Boat Club of Washington, overseeing the success of ten business locations in Washington State. He also has in-depth experience in budget management, FP&A, and systems implementation from his time working at Bastyr University as the Senior Manager of Academic Services.

Outside of work, you can find Marcus skiing, mountain biking, or trying to find any excuse to visit Tahoe. He and his family identify strongly with the mission of One Mind and enjoy being able to help grow the organization’s impact throughout the US and the world.
