Help Us Build Better Job Opportunities for People Living with SMI

We’re building something important, and your voice can help shape it.

As part of the One Mind Lived Experience Initiative, we will soon be launching the One Mind Launchpad, a new initiative designed to improve workplace opportunities and experiences for people living with serious mental illness (SMI). The One Mind Launchpad will uplift young adults facing serious mental illness (SMI) by empowering them through meaningful employment.

Overseen by Brandon Staglin, Chief Advocacy & Engagement Officer and Chair of One Mind’s Lived Experience Council, with key contributions by consulting Project Lead Priya Chirayil, the One Mind Launchpad will guide employers to provide direct support to young workers with significant mental health conditions.

As we work towards the launch of the pilot program, we are seeking feedback to improve the program’s design. If you are an adult, 18 years or older, and live with SMI, we invite you to take our short, anonymous survey. Your insights will directly inform programs aimed at creating healthier, more supportive workplaces.

Let your voice be heard. Make a difference today.

Thank you for helping us build a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive at work!
