Investing in the Well-being of Those Who Serve
The Nonprofit Fellowship, a key component of the Southwestern PA Workplace Mental Health Regional Coalition, provides $5,000 grants and skill-building resources to area nonprofit organizations committed to strengthening the mental health and well-being of their employees. Nonprofit staff play a critical role in serving communities, yet they often face high levels of stress, burnout, and limited access to well-being resources. This fellowship offers flexible funding, expert-led programming, and a supportive learning community to help organizations implement sustainable workplace mental health initiatives.

$5000 Flexible Funding Grant
Each participating nonprofit will receive $5,000 to invest in employee mental health and well-being, with the flexibility to tailor funds to their needs.

Expert Guidance & Learning
Fellows gain access to workshops, peer discussions, and expert-led masterclasses focused on sustainable workplace well-being strategies.

Mental Health at Work Index
Each participating organization will complete the Mental Health at Work Index, an evidence-based assessment that helps measure and improve workplace mental health practices.

A Supportive Community
Organizations connect with like-minded nonprofit leaders to share insights, challenges, and solutions in a collaborative learning environment.
JUNE — Kickoff & Foundations: Community gathering, identifying barriers and opportunities for well-being, introduction to One Mind at Work resources, and a class on the foundations of workplace mental health.
JULY — Collaborative Learning & Expert Insight: Peer discussions, expert panels, problem-solving workshops.
AUGUST — Reflection & Sustainability: Closing event, impact sharing, sustainability planning.
