The Nonprofit Fellowship, a key component of the Southwestern PA Workplace Mental Health Regional Coalition, provides $5,000 grants and skill-building resources to area nonprofit organizations committed to strengthening the mental health and well-being of their employees. Nonprofit staff play a critical role in serving communities, yet they often face high levels of stress, burnout, and limited access to well-being resources.
