One Mind at Work Legal Industry Summit
Addressing Workforce Mental Health for Law and Legal Workers
Date: June 2, 2026
Location: Morgan Lewis, New York, NY
What to Expect: The Summit convenes leaders from law firms, in-house legal departments, and the broader legal ecosystem for focused, peer-driven discussion on workforce well-being, risk, and sustainable performance in legal organizations.
The practice of law demands sustained high performance, resilience, and focus—capabilities that are strengthened when mental health and well-being are embedded into the way legal workplaces operate. The annual Legal Industry Summit highlights the critical work underway across the One Mind at Work Legal Coalition, exploring how the evolving nature of work is shaping the legal profession, and equipping organizations with practical, actionable strategies to integrate well-being into the day-to-day practice of law.
The Summit also highlights the Healthy Habits framework. Developed in partnership by the NeuroLeadership Institute, O’Melveny & Myers, and One Mind at Work, the framework provides a practical structure for embedding sustainable work practices in legal environments.

Designing Better Work: Elevating the Practice of Law for People and Performance
This theme of this year’s Summit centers on a fundamental shift in how the legal industry approaches well-being. Moving beyond reactive resources and benefits toward proactively redesigning the ways we work. Well-being 2.0 is about going upstream: building environments and practices that support everyone, prevent harm, and enable both people and performance to thrive.

The 2026 One Mind at Work Legal Industry Summit was hosted and made possible by Morgan Lewis.
