The Science & Innovation Symposium is part of the in-person event held at Staglin Family Vineyard and melds the expertise of its guest speakers with its welcoming and familial atmosphere to boost knowledge and hope for all who attend.
The 2026 event will feature a keynote by COMPASS Pathways Co-Founders, Dr. Ekaterina Malievskaia and Lars Wilde—also CEO and Co-Founder of Pangea Bio, a 2024 One Mind Accelerator company—in addition to presentations from the 2026 Rising Star Awardees, founders from the One Mind Accelerator, and leaders from One Mind at Work and the One Mind Lived Experience Initiative.

Meet the 2026 Keynote Speakers

Dr. Ekaterina Malievskaia
Co-Founder, COMPASS Pathways
Ekaterina received her medical degree from St Petersburg Medical Academy in St Petersburg, Russia, and then moved to the US where she completed her Internal Medicine residency training. She worked in private practice, academic medicine and public health for more than 15 years in the greater New York area. She was a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, as well as a Research Professor at City University of New York.
After moving to London in 2011, Ekaterina worked in global health and medical philanthropy, focusing on improving outcomes in maternal and child health. She founded Compass Pathways with her husband George Goldsmith in 2016, having experienced at first hand the challenges in accessing evidence-based and effective mental health care for a family member.

Lars Wilde
Co-Founder & CEO, Pangea Bio
Lars Wilde is Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Pangea Bio. He is a serial entrepreneur across healthcare, tech and biotech, and an active angel and venture investor as well as active board member through his private investment firm, Wilde Ventures.
Previously, Lars co-founded COMPASS Pathways (Nasdaq: CMPS), a mental health biotech advancing evidence-based psychedelic therapies. As President, COO and CBO, he helped scale COMPASS into Phase 3 clinical development for psilocybin therapy in treatment-resistant depression, which successfully completed Phase 3 clinical trials.
Lars also co-founded AtaiBeckley (Nasdaq: ATAI), a biopharmaceutical company developing an array of psychedelic therapies across mood and addiction disorders, with multiple programs in Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials.
Across COMPASS and atai, Lars contributed to two NASDAQ IPOs and helped raise over USD 1 billion in capital.
Earlier in his career, Lars founded and led Burnhard / Springlane, a leading European direct-to-consumer kitchen and BBQ company, and co-founded Pakama Athletics and Otto Wilde Grillers. He previously worked as an investor at Waterland Private Equity, where he supported buy-and-build strategies including launching VivaNeo, a leading European IVF group, today TFP Fertility.
Lars holds a Master’s in Finance from IE Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with exchange semesters at Copenhagen Business School and the Ross School of Business (University of Michigan).


A core component of the One Mind Rising Star Academy, the Rising Star Awards fund $300,000 grants to early-career investigators pursuing bold, boundary-pushing research in neuroscience, psychiatry, psychology, and related fields.
