One Mind at Work Nonprofit Coalition
The One Mind at Work Nonprofit Coalition brings nonprofit leaders together to strengthen workforce mental health while advancing organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability. Grounded in One Mind at Work’s science-based coalition model, this community creates space for connection, shared learning, and evidence-informed problem solving tailored to the unique realities of nonprofit work, including mission-driven cultures, resource constraints, and community impact.
Informed by One Mind at Work research and insights from the Mental Health at Work Index™ Nonprofit Benchmark, the coalition provides practical, sector-specific guidance to help nonprofit leaders and managers turn insights into action.
Recognizing the funding realities of the nonprofit sector, participation is open to both One Mind at Work nonprofit members and nonprofit organizations that are not formal members—ensuring that limited resources do not become a barrier to advancing workforce mental health.

2026 Roundtable Series
In 2026, One Mind at Work will continue to support the growing Nonprofit Coalition through three roundtable sessions designed specifically for nonprofit leaders committed to creating healthier, more sustainable workplaces for their teams and the communities they serve.
These sessions are designed to help organizations move from insight to action by strengthening organizational-level mental health practices aligned with the Mental Health at Work Index framework. Each convening provides space for education, peer dialogue, and collaborative problem solving, ensuring that research translates into meaningful workplace change.
