I am driven by a very personal and professional mission to address and tangibly improve the behavioral health system in a meaningful and measurable way. I am a hands-on collaborative leader who partners with innovative companies to address the enormous and growing needs 

across behavioral healthcare. I have spent the majority of the past 20 years founding, operating, building, actively advising and mentoring great companies and teams in behavioral and mental health. I have a deep understanding of the alliance between clinical care delivery and operations. I implement and execute plans to drive business performance from strategy and I leverage my deep network to drive company success. 

My experience includes: 

• Residential SUD/MH – founding team member of one of the earliest operations ;grew from 2 to 26 states; 
• Interventional Pain Management – Visioned, developed and expanded one of the earliest businesses in the field for effective clinical solutions 
• Urgent Care – partnered with clinicians to create one of the earliest operations with regional strength providing access and affordable care 
• Psychiatry clinics and telepsych – COO of progressive care delivery model focused on SMI patients 
• Psychology clinics and telepsych – COO operating fractionally focused on the needs of injured workers 
• Mental Health Technology – Senior advisor to business focused on remote monitoring and predictive analysis 
• Behavioral Health Data Analytics – executive in residence/mentor for business focused on measuring outcomes in behavioral health 
• Psychiatry clinics and telehealth – Mentor to C suite team providing leading forms of therapeutic care delivery 
• Other includes focus on models of integration of physical and behavioral medicine; new and innovative SUD/behavioral health care delivery models
