Director of Member Engagement for One Mind at Work
Grace Lodge is the Director of Member Engagement at One Mind at Work, where she supports members in measuring and improving their workplace mental health strategy while building community with other member organizations. With over a decade of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, she brings an interdisciplinary, data-driven approach to helping organizations thrive.
Previously, Grace founded Lodge Labs, an organizational development consulting company where she worked with various natural beauty, sustainable fashion, mission-driven nonprofit, and social enterprise organizations. She has held director-level positions in community planning and municipal government in Colorado, and co-designed leadership fellowships at etsy.org (now Good Work Institute), where she mentored over 200 businesses. Her expertise spans communications, community engagement, leadership development, facilitation, and organizational culture alignment.
Grace holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business and is pursuing a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard University. Based in Newburgh, NY, she actively engages in her community by supporting housing equity initiatives and various women pursuing local government positions. Her work is driven by the belief that organizations flourish when they prioritize both business excellence and human potential.
