One Mind Staff

Jeff Rhode joined One Mind in 2023 as Senior Development Officer. His fundraising career started 20 years ago at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He earned two promotions during a 12-year stint at his alma mater, first leading the major gifts team at Berkeley Engineering and then overseeing the regional program within University Relations. In his last role, Jeff served as Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of San Francisco. One Mind’s mission resonates deeply with Jeff, who has been impacted directly by anxiety, dementia, and depression with family members and friends.

Jeff earned his undergraduate degree in History and Master’s in Education from UC Berkeley as well as a Master’s in Sports from USF. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking with his wife, music, nature, and Bay Area sports – go Bears, 49ers and Warriors!
